One system instead of many dishes
A communal system receives the channels centrally on the roof and distributes them to every flat over the building’s cabling. This keeps the façade free of individual dishes, ensures the same reception quality in every unit and simplifies maintenance: there is only one system to look after.
Besides satellite reception via Astra 19.2° East, terrestrial channels (DVB-T2) and radio can also be fed into the distribution.
For new and existing buildings
In new buildings, we plan the system together with the developer and the electrical planners: a multiswitch supplies every outlet with its own cable in a star layout – the future-proof solution for any number of users.
Existing buildings often have only one cable per flat. With a single-cable solution (Unicable/JESS), we still supply several receivers per flat over the existing coaxial cable – without running new cables through the stairwell. In large buildings and over long distances, the satellite signal can also be distributed over fibre.

For property managers and owners’ associations, we are the permanent contact for everything to do with TV reception: from refurbishing the system to ongoing support. In the event of a fault, our repair service is on site quickly so that all residents have reception again.
Frequently asked questions
Can existing cables still be used?
In many cases, yes. If there is only one cable per flat, a single-cable solution still allows several receivers. An on-site measurement shows whether the existing cables are suitable.
How many flats is a communal system suitable for?
From a two-family house to a large residential complex: the distribution is adapted to the number of flats and outlets. Large buildings and long cable runs use amplifiers or fibre.
Can an old system be upgraded?
Yes. Often it is enough to replace the receiving unit, multiswitch or splitters and to measure the system again. We check the existing installation first and then propose the right solution.
What if reception fails in the whole building?
If reception fails in several flats at once, the cause is usually the central system, for example the LNB or the multiswitch power supply. Give us a call – our repair service will be with you quickly.
